Our Services may include coaching, Human Design education, manifestation practices, energetic frameworks, and personal development guidance.

We do not guarantee outcomes, results, income, healing, transformation, or any specific experience.

Your results depend on many factors, including your actions, commitment, circumstances, and choices.

Legal advice, or

Financial/investment advice.

6) Client Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. You agree to use your judgment and take full responsibility for how you apply anything from the Services.

You understand that personal growth work may involve emotional discomfort, and you assume all risks associated with your participation.

7) Accounts, Communications, and Accuracy

If you create an account or submit information through forms, you agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details (if applicable).

8) Payments, Purchases, and Digital Delivery

If you purchase a program, session, or digital product, you agree to:

Pay all fees shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes,

Provide accurate billing details, and

Comply with the payment processor’s terms (e.g., Stripe/PayPal).

Digital products/program access may be delivered immediately upon purchase. You are responsible for ensuring you can access the content (internet access, device compatibility, etc.).

9) Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Digital products / instant-access programs: All sales are final due to the nature of digital delivery, unless required by law.

Coaching sessions: You may reschedule with at least [24/48] hours’ notice using https://calendly.com/mundanehdjourney/30min. Late cancellations or no-shows may be forfeited and non-refundable.

Chargebacks: You agree to contact us at mundanehdjourney@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback so we can try to resolve the issue.

10) Intellectual Property (Your Content and Materials)

All content on the Website and within the Services—including text, videos, audio, graphics, PDFs, worksheets, course materials, and brand assets—is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may:

Access materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

Share login access or purchased files with others,

Record sessions or redistribute content without written permission.
